A unique Blanc de Noir was made from 100% Pinot noir grapes.
Soft and subtle palate of red fruits and fine grained tannins with aromas of blackberries, plums and spice with good focus and length.
Blondie opens with white peach, nashi pear and a squeeze of pink grapefruit, with a faint red-fruit echo underneath that hints at where the grapes came from. The palate carries citrus blossom and something like almond skin, and there is a subtle savoury edge that keeps the fruit from turning sweet or simple.

Bright cherry and strawberry flavours with earthy hints; light, vibrant, and naturally funky.
Bright cherry fruit, earthy spice, silky smooth. Classic Mornington Peninsula Pinot.
Pale straw in colour with green hues. Natural ferment characters dominate the nose leading to peach, melon and ripe stone fruits. Stone fruits are initially dominant on the palate with hints of lemon rind and pineapple, leading to a creamy custard apple finish.
