Malbec is rarely seen as a varietal wine in Australia but here at Bleasdale and in Langhorne Creek it stands on its own two feet and performs well enough to earn its stripes. 

This multi vintage Shiraz (with a little splash of Malbec) wine is richly flavoured with deep colour and displays dark berry fruit aromas, sweet plum and spicy flavours, silky tannins and a rich, velvety smooth palate.

Sparkling wine is often pitched as a celebration wine, but we see no need to restrict its consumption purely to celebratory occasions. Some of our favourite times to drink bubbles are not noteworthy occasions at all, simply moments worthy of a delicious, refreshing drink! The Adelaide Hills is renowned for high quality cool-climate Chardonnay, so there was no question as to where we would look for our first Blanc de Blancs. Careful fruit selection and attentive winemaking give a fresh-fruited wine with some nutty complexity and interest from lees contact. This is an elegant wine with ‘Granny Smith’ apple acidity and almond biscotti flavours combining into a delicious drink to enjoy with friends. Serve chilled — around 8° to 10°C.

Attractive stone fruit and citrus aromas with complexity from maturation on fermentation lees. The palate is fine and long with persistent flavour supported by oak structure and length.

An aromatic wine with great citrus, tropical, snow pea and nettle aromas, finishing crisp and light with refreshing acidity. 

This is the great Australian red blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, with a touch of Malbec. The wine displays plum, blackcurrant, chocolate and boysenberry spice. A juicy palate with persistent flavour and smooth velvety tannins.
