Aromatically this skin contact wine is bright and savoury.
The palate is powerful with bright grapefruit and melon. The wine then savours off to a supple finish.
Champagne Paul Bara uses only their own estate grown fruit from 100% Grand cru rated vineyards to craft it’s small range of champagnes.
In 2015 this is based on 50% of the 2010 vintage with 50% vin de reserve with the addition of 12% Bouzy rouge and approximately 8 grams/litre of dosage.
Paul Louis Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay - fine beading and detailed palate flavours.
Juicy dark cherry, lush plum and red and black berry flavour, smouldering with whispers of spice and dashing tannins.

It has a complex interplay of floral, candied fruit, marzipan, bush honey, vanilla pod and toasted almond characters. It seems to expand on the palate to become unctuous, mouth
filling and luscious, yet a counterfoil of refreshing acidity keeps it perfectly balanced and prevents any cloying. The aromas and flavours linger on the palate long after it is swallowed.

Impressive length, with concentration, and a mandatory Bin 389 ‘sweet’ core; oak completely absorbed. Polished and refined.
