The wine is fermented in oak barrels and aged for 12 months, resulting in a well-structured and complex wine with a beautiful balance of fruit and oak. On the nose, this wine is characterized by floral and citrus notes, along with hints of vanilla and toast. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, with flavors of apple, pear, and lemon, followed by a long and elegant finish.

On the nose, this wine offers aromas of red and black fruits such as blackcurrant, cherry and raspberry, along with subtle hints of spice and floral notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with firm tannins and a good acidity that provides freshness and structure to the wine. The fruit flavors are complemented by notes of earth, leather and smoke, adding complexity and depth to the wine.

The Volnay 1er Cru Clos Chenes 2020 is a red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Clos Chenes vineyard, which is located on the slope just above the village of Volnay. This wine is characterized by its complex aromas of red fruit, spice, and earth, as well as its firm tannins and bright acidity.

A superb and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon (mainly as it has a few other grapes in the mix).

55% Merlot, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petit Verdot, 4% Malbec. Everything is hand picked and sorted by mechanical sorting line, then fermented at a relatively cool temperature to accentuate the aromatics and brightness. The wine spent 20 days on skins, before being moved to French oak barrels, of which 20% are new and then aged for 14 months prior to bottling.
 

A fresh and easy Tasmanian Pinot Noir from a cult wine maker - very limited!

Restrained power and silky, linear tannins deliver a quality of Pinot Noir that Dry River has become known for.

Dry River Pinot Noir typically exhibits aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, and spice with subtle notes of earth and forest floor. On the palate, the wine is rich and textured with a silky mouthfeel, balanced acidity, and fine tannins. It is a medium-bodied wine that is perfect for pairing with roasted meats, game, and mushroom-based dishes.

Spice, pepper, cloves and liquorice, are mixed with cherry, fruit of the forest, Bram berry compote and floral notes. A smooth and elegant entrance is followed by a silken soft texture building towards the back, where the tannins interact playfully with the acidity. This creates a linear and straight palate shape. More powerful fruit, such as plum and cassis carry a considerable weight. 

On the nose, The Twelve Spies has aromas of dark fruit, blackberries, and plums, along with hints of spice and floral notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with flavors of black cherry, black pepper, and herbs. The tannins are firm and well-structured, giving the wine a long and satisfying finish.

Medium dark red hue with youthful purple tint. Lifted aromatics of toasted hazelnuts and spice. The palate is fresh and restrained with a mineral and fresh spice focus, underlaid with a gentle sweet fruit finish.

Deep dark red. Spices and mature red fruits. Round tannins with powerful complexity. A rich unctuous wine with notes of mature plums, hazelnuts and red fruits. Overall: Very rich wine full of harmony and balance.
