A lesser-known red variety (Grolleau) hailing from the Loire Valley. Organic, biodynamic showing notes of red fruits, with present acidity and lower tannins. 

Full mouth structured by beautiful solid but fresh tannins, aromas of black fruit and liquorice and a long finish marked by a firm mineral texture

A wine more in finesse than in power, but very structured nevertheless

The palate is finely structured, light to medium bodied with fresh fruits, fine spices and a long finish.

Domaine Saint Jacques Côtes du Rhône is a beautiful balance of ripe red fruits, freshness and roundness.

Tannins are well-matured and smooth.

Made up of approximately 75% Mourvedre, combined with Grenache, Cinsault and a hint (2%) of old Carignan.

This fruity, well balanced wine can be enjoyed after 3 or 4 years, but develops extremely pleasant tertiary aromas (leather, animal and undergrowth) with further ageing.
