The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Clos des Quarts vineyard, which is owned by the two of the most renowned winemakers in Burgundy: Dominique Lafon and Olivier Merlin. The vineyard is situated in a valley that provides protection from the wind and allows for the grapes to ripen fully.
