A cult and very limited wine - the nose has clear notes of olives, which are calmed down and reveal sweet spices - a high minerality and remarkable power with balanced acidity and fruit., super balanced acidity and fruit. Clear notes of liquorice, pepper and cinnamon on the palate.

Jamet is a beefy, animalistic, masculine, structured, peppery and powerful style of Côte-Rôtie that ages well and develops complexity with time.

Very deep colour, ruby red with purplish reflections. Aromas of blackcurrant and vanilla buds. The finish is liquorice and spicy. This wine is the example of a racy wine which knows how to remain seductive. It is an excellent wine to keep.
