A member of the classic school of white Châteauneuf-du-Pape: more floral than fruity aromas, and characterised by balance and freshness.

In the glass, this rosé displays a lovely pale pink color with hints of salmon. On the nose, it reveals enticing aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and delicate floral notes, giving a sense of brightness and charm. Silky, ripe, sweet and fresh, the wine offers a classic, elegant profile of Grenache, with a focus on its ripe, sweet, cherry core of fruit.

The Gevrey Chambertin 'La Combe Aux Moines' produced by Domaine Faiveley has a nose that is very pleasant with aromas of fresh red fruits and spices. This wine is round and long on the palate where we find fruity and woody tastes.  It is all elegance, with silky tannins and a sophisticated very long finish.
