An expressive nose features nose of plum, black cherry and touches of spice and newly turned earth. There is slightly better vibrancy to the well-detailed and slightly more powerful flavors that exude a subtle minerality on the youthfully austere finish that is a bit more structured. The 2022 is a finely etched Gevrey-Chambertin that captures the warmth of the vintage without sacrificing structure.
