Cont’Ugo 2022 is an intense ruby red color. The nose offers smooth notes of small ripe red fruit. 

Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG 2019 is a red wine from the Chianti Classico region in Tuscany, Italy. This wine is made from a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which are carefully selected from the estate's vineyards. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and then in the bottle for another 8 months before being released.

Peppoli 2018 is ruby red in colour. On the nose, Peppoli has intense notes of red fruit; cherries and strawberries that are well balanced with floral undertones of dog rose. Delicate hints of spices, aromatic herbs and notes of light toasting complete its bouquet. On the palate it's vibrant, fresh with supple tannins and a finish that brings back aromatic notes perceived on the nose.

Vermentino from the Guado al Tasso estate is straw yellow in color with greenish highlights. Its nose offers enticing aromatic intensity with notes of citrus fruit, white flower blossoms and tropical fruit. On the palate it’s savory with good persistence of flavors and afresh and pleasant citrusy finish.

Grappa Tignanello is obtained by distilling the pomace of Cabernet and Sangiovese grapes harvested in the Tignanello vineyard, situated in the Tignanello estate, in the heart of Chianti Classico.

The Marchese Antinori Cuvee Royal presents a light-yellow colour along with a creamy foam and a fine and lengthy perlage. 

Guado al Tasso 2020 is intensely ruby red in colour. The nose offers notes of small dark fruit, sweet spices, toasted oak, and forest floor.

Pèppoli 2023 is a bright ruby red color. The nose opens with floral notes of violets, dog rose, and lavender accompanied by fresh notes of red fruit.

On the palate the immediate hit of the CO2 emphasises a more masculine expression than with the still water. This CO2 in particular also shows off the minerality within the water - which remains gentle in texture, but with a slightly louder voice. If I had to suggest any other flavours it would be a citrus note due to the high toned lift the water expresses. There is a definite 'more-ish' quality to this quality sparkling water - the palate seeks another mouthful to continually refresh and revitalise the taste buds.

A super shiny appearance with a brilliant silver shimmer. On the nose: very neutral with a subtle fresh appeal. On the palate: the water has a soft feminine approach with a silken, slippery texture and a gentle crisp appeal. Very light in body with a subtle yet noticeable greywacke mineral lift. The finish: is refreshing and, like diving into a high altitude mountain lake, awakens the body, mind and palate.
