Every now and then we come across a 'wow' wine - and this was one of them.

Made from Viura grapes and barrel fermented - this is an antisocial wine as your dinner party will stop talking for a moment - but then it will get more social as it is enjoyed!

Bright garnet colour. Complex with a wide range of aromas on the nose (tobacco, dry fruits and balsamic notes). Smooth, velvety, enveloping, well structured, with a fruity and aromatic finish. Very good length.

Deep ruby red colour, clean and bright. On the nose, it stands out for its intense and complex aroma, where black fruit and plums combine with hints of licorice, accompanied by balsamic notes of bay leaf and a subtle touch of black tea. On the palate, it is elegant and smooth, with a bright and pleasant structure. The long finish is savoury and well-balanced, leaving a lasting sensation that will tempt you to continue sipping.

Vibrant red cherry colour, with a medium-high intensity, clean and bright. On the nose, it is fresh and intense, highlighting the aromas of forest fruits that are integrated in a balanced way with oak notes and a spicy touch that adds complexity. 

Delicate pale pink colour with bright reflections. It displays varietal aromas, standing out fresh flowers, rose petals and forest fruits such as raspberries and blueberries. Delicate and smooth entry in mouth with vibrant fruity notes and a very long aftertaste.

Bright, deep ruby-red colour. On the nose, it reveals a complex aromatic profile, where notes of black fruit and liquorice combine well with hints of wild herbs, elegant spices, and subtle toasted nuances. 

This wine presents a captivating pale yellow colour with greenish highlights. Clean and bright.

Every bottle will taste a little different so it's a little disingenuous to write a tasting note. Let's just say it's a peculiar and delicious, character-rich wine with amazing, rapier-like acidity splicing though a luscious core of unctuous fruitiness. One of the weirdest wines you are likely to try.

The nose is rich and intense with its abundance of black- and blueberry fruit, ripe brambles, and notes of black olives, perfume and dust. Whiffs of white pepper and coriander seed add to the complexity. The bright dark berries of the nose follow through onto a juicy, abundant palate with classic red liquorice and fresh cherry flavours. The wine is medium to full-bodied, with a broad, weighty midpalate, yet the mouthfeel is smooth, gentle. Lively acidity and svelte, velvety tannins are balanced and add to the elegance, focus and energy of the wine. Hints of cherry tobacco and exotic spice linger on a pure, dry finish.

An intense, fresh nose shows a dark compote, with aromas of ripe plums, blackberry, violets, musky earth and exotic spice.

The wine is bright and pale straw in colour. A shy nose at first, opening up and showing aromas of melon, acacia flower, kumquat, and whiffs of ginger spice, jasmine and apple blossom.

Silky and smooth on the palate, the mouthfeel softens as layers of cherry fruit are wrapped in a comforting blanket of ripe tobacco and worn leather. The firm, yet lingering finish is perfectly balanced with touches of baking spices, fragrant fruit and earth tones.

Chardonnay grapes from Clarksburg have characteristic of apple and pear aroma. This creates an elegant counterpart, full of fresh fruit, including touches of pineapple and guava. The elegant and creamy mouthfeel wraps around the fruit and leads to tones of spice, nutmeg and toasty vanilla.
