Spring blossoms, an elegant touch of petroleum and a lovely minerality support the fruity aromatics, giving the wine additional layers of complexity. In the mouth, the refreshing acidity is balanced by a round mouthfeel.
On the nose, the wine shows maturity with notes of dried apricots, hazelnuts, spring blossoms and honey. The palate is refreshing with subtle nutty, earthy flavours complemented by lemon curd and stone fruits, with a long finish. Simply delicious!

Golden straw in hue, the 2018 Beurrot Pinot Gris shows perfumed aromas of honey-tinged apple and pear skin, followed by lemon pith, rose petal and spice. The palate displays lively green apple and kaffir lime flavours and is delicately textured with zesty acidity and a savoury oatmeal finish.
The fresh and vibrant nose offers floral and white pear aromas, notes of lemon zest and added complexity from touches of fresh cream and nougat. The palate shows excellent poise, clarity and drive with a deep core of fruit heading long into a pithy acid finish. Stone fruit and citrus flavours abound on the gently weighted palate.
