MAX IGP Méditerranée Rosé 2025 is a dry, pale-pink rosé from Provence in the south of France, built for freshness rather than richness. Crisp, savoury and light on its feet, it sits squarely in the classic Provençal style rather than the fruitier rosés made at home.

The nose leans towards white peach, pink grapefruit and crushed strawberry, with a faint herbal edge that keeps things dry rather than sweet.
