Excellent line, length and balance – will build and develop over the coming decade.
Aromatically it leans towards morello cherry, cranberry and a little rhubarb, with dried thyme and a twist of black pepper sitting behind the fruit. The palate follows the same line — tart red berries, a hint of blood orange, then something earthier and more savoury through the middle.
Bright red cherry and a touch of spice, with silky texture and fresh acidity. Magnum size, made for sharing.
Bright red cherry and forest floor, silky tannins and a fresh, savoury finish. Cool-climate Tassie pinot in half-bottle.
