The Wolf Blass Red Label Chardonnay Pinot Noir is a rich, full-bodied sparkling wine with a refreshing finish.

The wine is soft straw in colour with a subtle hint of green.

The Reserve Sparkling is a bottled fermented wine combining the varietal flavours and structure of cool climate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Sourced from the renowned Adelaide Hills region, this wine shows classic cool climate character. In keeping with the philosophy of Jacob’s Creek, we have used the assemblage or blending process to select wines with generous fruit aroma and flavour to ensure the high quality, approachable and easy drinking style. Secondary fermentation in the bottle adds creamy and bready complexity to the wine, yet still retains the vibrant fruit.
