Made exclusively from 777 clone Pinot Noir, crushed and destemmed with a long cold soak to encourage deep and generous silky tannins.

Expresses the classic structure, flavours and style that the French term ‘an iron fist in a velvet glove’. Lifted plums and earthy truffle characters on the nose: the palate is full bodied with integrated fine tannins, rich plum and red berry fruit.

Aged in new and three year old French oak Hogsheads.

Wine will age gracefully for up to 8 years.
