Which price is for me?
The prices listed on the site are for purchases of 12 or more bottles in a single transaction. If during checkout your cart doesn't reach this amount, you will be offerred a choice to pay the normal price (the price that is crossed out) or continue shopping to take advantage of our better online case pricing.
How long does it take to receive my wine?
It really depends on stock and where we are deliverying to. If we have all items in stock, it can ship from us within 24 hours and if you're in Sydney, you could receive it the next day. If the items aren't in stock, we will be in touch to let you know when you can expect the wines.
Do we make money on shipping?
No. We charge what the courier or postage fee is - nothing more - we believe in being transparent to you and showing you the price of the wine separately - we will soon have a shipping calculator online so you can estimate your shipping costs accurately. The calculator will even bundle wines efficiently so we can save you more!
Are the wines packaged safely?
Yes. Whenever required, we repackage the boxes we receive to ensure you receive the wines intact.
You don't accept payments online - how do we pay?
We are currently working on the shopping cart - in the meantime you can send us an email with your phone number and we'll give you a call back or give us a call.
What payments methods do we accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Direct Deposit
Do we charge extra for credit cards?
No. We are happy to absorb the charges from the credit cards ourselves.
Do we accept cheques?
We can accept cheques, although we will need to wait until the cheque is cleared and this will delay the shipping.
When do we expect the online shopping cart to be ready?
We're hoping to complete the online shopping system by the end of November. In the meantime, please call or email us as we can help with your selection of wines and organise payment over the phone.

Absolutely. A lot of our orders are for gifts of wine - contact us and we'd be glad to help out.
Do you stock all items at your shop?
The vast majority of items on our site are either in stock or have passed through our shelves recently - if we are out of stock or any other reason for delays in getting your products to you, we will let you know.
Can I pickup the goods from your shop?
You sure can - just mention this when you order, and we'll have it ready for you.
