This deep red wine has an intense sophisticated nose, exhibiting black fruits, liquorice and spices. The mouths is ample and powerful with silky tannins and a long aromatic finish.

Terroir:

High gravely terraces from Garrigues Sud in Sarrians with pebbles and limestone gravels on brown marl.

Grape Varieties:

70% Grenache
30% Syrah

Winemaking:

Selection of the best parcels successively harvested at optimum maturity according to the varietal.

Fully destemmed, Grenache and Syrah are vinified separately.

5 weeks maceration to slowly extract the fruit, colour and tannins with daily pumping over, cap-punching and releases.

Aging:

6 months in concrete. No oak to show the purest expression of the fruit and terroir.
 
Food Pairing:

Ideal with grilled beef such as prime rib, spicy dishes sush as Korean BBQ and fine cheeses.
