15% Colorino, Canaiolo, Mammolo grapes from the heart of Montepulciano (Siena)

Vinification:

Aged for at least 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels followed by 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:

Ruby red colour.

Bouquet of berries, warm notes of ripe red fruit and slight balsamic hints.

Warm, elegant, with ripe tannins.

Well-balanced with excellent persistence on the palate.

Ideal paired with all kinds of meat, pasta, rice and semi-aged cheeses.
