Abbaye de Santenay 1er Cru 'Comme' has the scent of stone fruit, apriots and other sweet fruits. It anticipates a complex palet with the taste of concentrated fruit. It is best paired with pasta and rich fish such as salmon and tuna.

On the palate, Abbaye de Santenay Blanc Sous La Roche is fresh and elegant with a good balance between acidity and fruit. The citrus notes are prominent, and there are also hints of white peach and apricot. The wine has a medium body with a pleasant and persistent finish.

The 2021 has elements of Alain Graillot's Crozes (peppery, fruit-forward Syrah) combined with warming, baked fruit and spice notes that transport the drinker to North Africa. You don't have to accompany it with a tagine, but your guests will probably appreciate it if you make the effort!
 

Lovely, flavourful and characterful Gewürztraminer.

Enticing smoky grilled pork, ginger beef, cinnamon and grapefruit nectar on the very Gewürztraminer nose. Then flavours similar to the aromas and - though not especially complex - delicious and very accessible.

Domaine Albert Mann Cuvée Albert Riesling uncomplicated nature and bright, fruity flavors seem to appeal to almost everyone.

Fruity and vibrant, then more stern and almost tight in the middle, with slightly austere flavours of fresh citrus and herbs on the medium-long, zingy finish.

Very expressive and perfumed and made in pure juicy and early drinking style Cabernet Franc.

Filled with crushed rock minerality, mouth-watering, ripe stone fruits and a waft of sea breeze, it’s a pulpy and classically structured wine, with a rocky texture complemented by racy freshness and Chablis-level length.

The texture is succulent, with the rippling splendour of stone fruit and citrus-skin zestiness to go with its charged acidity and jangle of minerals. The three Ps: power, poise, and persistence. A super villages.

Aromas are intoxicating with floral bouquet with notes of almonds and honey and filled with ripe fruit.

The palate is a festival of flavour: tender and abundant with well balance fruit respecting the terroir and climate.

Hues of yellow straw and shines brilliant with clarity, filling the nose with delicate, pure aromas.

Floral notes of acacia and its claylimestone origins reign. In mouth, its character, the terroir and all the qualities of a Mont de Milieu are revealed: mineral and rich, powerful ripe fruit.

A Petit Chablis, though there's nothing little about it. Ripe stone fruits, brioche, yoghurt, yellow apples, chamomile, intense minerality. 

Intoxicating perfumes of summer flowers and fruit fill the nose with character traits of oysters and shells.

Textured with a good acid, fresh and bright minerality - a Chablis aroma couldn't be more authentic than this!

Made from old vines planted between 1965 - 1975, the wine shows intense lime and green apple notes, rounded out by plenty of texture from Charly Nicolle's signature lees work. A precise and powerful Chablis from a low-yielding vintage.
