A brilliant red blend from high altitude, 75 year old vines from L'Avi Arrufo's vineyards just south of Barcelona. Production limited to 700 cases to ensure the highest quality of grapes go into this outstanding wine. Notes of juicy red and blue berries, intense smokey minerals and spices make for this show-stopper of a Spanish red. This mix of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah has been aged in French, American and Hungarian oak for 14 months before being bottled, showing intense depth and intensity of flavour as well as a finish that just keeps going.
