Absolut Vodka Tabasco is a chilli-spiked flavoured vodka from Sweden, made in a 50mL miniature that's built for a single Bloody Mary or a quick shot. The heat is upfront and unmistakable, with the clean grain spirit underneath keeping things from turning into a sauce.

The nose leads with sharp red chilli and a vinegary tang, the sort of pungent, peppery lift you'd expect from a dash of hot sauce over a plate of eggs. Behind the capsicum there's a soft, neutral vodka character, faintly sweet, which stops the aroma becoming purely savoury.

On the palate the spice arrives early and builds across the tongue, prickling rather than scorching, with a salty, tomato-adjacent edge through the middle. Texture is light and clean, and the finish is dry and warming, the chilli lingering well after the spirit itself has gone.
