Angelo Poretti n.4 is an Italian lager brewed in Italy, the "4 Luppoli" entry in Poretti's numbered range, meaning a touch more hop character than the brewery's standard lager, at 5% ABV, sitting toward the more flavourful end of an otherwise easy-drinking Italian lager line-up.

Aroma runs light floral and herbal over a clean, pale malt base, with a touch more hop presence than you'd get from a basic lager. The bitterness is firmer without turning sharp, the body stays light, carbonation is lively, and the finish comes up dry and quick.

Serve it properly cold in a tall glass. It's not a lager built for sitting around, so keep it moving through the fridge and drink it young.
