50-55% pinot noir, 15-20% pinot neunier, 28-33% chardonnay - probably one of the best known labels - the strength of the wine is instantly picked up by the nose and the complexity bursts on to the palate. The initial fruity notes are joined by more discreet notes of briche and vanilla that devlop in the bottle during aging.

Larmandier-Bernier Brut Tradition Champagne is Larmandier's ode to the traditional, house styles, although without the high yields and dosage.

Created with a blend of chardonnay (80 per cent) and pinot noir (20 per cent), which has yeasty, biscuity characters, a creamy mid-palate, finesse, delicacy and gentle, dry zesty acidity.

Made from 100% Grand Cru, In 2010 Paul Bara Brut Reserve NV was based on 50% of the 2006 vintage with 50% vin de reserve and approximately 8 grams/litre of dosage.
